Problem Children

"Problem Children"

The scene of children in a craze to escape.
There's not a chance of even a bit of common sense.
Take a spit and look out over the city.
There always seems to be a rotten face standing in front of you.

They don't have any malice.
As long as they find something worthwhile.

If you hear footsteps, hold your breath,
Then move to a safer place.
As if actually enjoying it.
With a cold stare they laugh at the adults.

They don't have any malice.
As long as they find something worthwhile.
They don't plan to hurt anybody.
So look inward and pursuade yourself again today.

Problem Children

The scene of children in a craze to escape.
The crack of a lone gun shot rings out.
The same mistakes play over and over;
Your friends' voices drift further away.

They don't have any malice.
As long as they find something worthwhile.
They don't plan to hurt anybody.
So look inward and pursuade yourself again today.
