Aburadako

Green Park

From their 1996 album

Green Park

Thought, in thought..
Dripping of the rainy season.
Green park, where I tilted my ear to a hard consonant.
The just-found jar is
An escape from the precipitation; green park

Start the feast; the parched
Sound of water remains.
If you aim at the eye of the storm,
And pull the trigger,
Tomorrow, today; when they come into
Full bloom: Disappointment.

Japanese Lyrics:

Omoi omoi ni
思い思いに
Tsuyu no shitataru
梅雨の滴る
Sokuon ni mimi o katamuketa guriin paaku
促音に耳を傾けたグリーンパーク
Yatto mitsuketa mizugame wa
やっと見つけた水瓶は
Chinden o manukarete guriin paaku
沈殿を免れてグリーンパーク

Shuen o hiraku karakara no
酒宴をひらくカラカラの
Mizuoto ga nokori
水音がのこり
Donten no sukima megakete pisutoru no
曇天の隙間めがけてピストルの
Hikigane oseba
引き金おせば
Ashita mo kyou mo mankai ni naru
明日も今日も満開になる
Jikan ga kite shitsubou
時間がきて失望
